Morning photos are from the boat ride along the shore with rocks full of fauna - including quarreling flightless cormorants. In the afternoon there was a walk on lava-covered part of Fernandina, with newborn sea lions, a dying tortoise, antsy crabs, and chilling (basking, actually) marine iguanas. It is only after two years on one of the photos we saw a cool fossil, which went unnoticed on the island.
